This notice describes how the public AINav.Institute website and related contact email are handled. It is written for a brochure-style product site—not a consumer app or logged-in SaaS console.

Who we are

AINav operates under the brand AINav.Institute. Commercial contact for pilot briefings: pilots@ainav.institute.

What this site collects

Standard web logs — Our host (for example Cloudflare) may process IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs as part of delivering and securing the site.
Email you send us — If you write to pilots@ainav.institute, we receive the content of your message and your email address so we can respond.

This public site does not currently use a marketing pixel, third-party advertising tracker, or on-page analytics package. If that changes, this notice will be updated before or when those tools are enabled.

How we use information

To operate, secure, and improve the website
To respond to pilot briefing and product inquiries
To maintain basic records of business correspondence

We do not sell personal information.

What not to send

Do not email secrets, passwords, API keys, production credentials, regulated production datasets, or other highly sensitive material in unsolicited messages. Pilot evaluation is designed to begin with synthetic scenarios and does not require production data to start a conversation.

Retention

Host logs follow the provider’s retention practices. Email correspondence is kept as needed for legitimate business follow-up and record-keeping, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice.

Sharing

We may use infrastructure processors (DNS, hosting, email) to operate the site and inbox. We do not sell inquiry lists. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

International inquiries

Qualified organizations may contact us regardless of where they operate. Starting a briefing does not require transferring production systems or production personal data to AINav.
